Reservation Policies
General Banquet Information
- Our Grand Ballroom can accommodate up to 300 guests with a large dance floor.
- Our Sunset Room can accommodate up to 70 guests w/ dance floor.
- A Villa Louisa must supply all food and liquor.
- Ethnic wedding packages available.
- A Villa Louisa will provide seating cards and floor plans.
- Assorted linen colors are available.
Guaranteed Attendance
- To allow appropriate time for proper planning, we would appreciate an approximate count 14 days before the banquet and a guaranteed count 7 days before the banquet.
- Final payment is due (5) days prior to the event.
- After final payment is made no refunds will be issued.
- If the guest count on the event date exceeds the final count given, the Renter will be issued an additional invoice for the additional guests.
- If fewer guests attend than were given in the final count, the Renter is permitted to take out the meals which make up the difference between the expected and actual attendance
Reservation and Payment Information
- Non-refundable deposit of $1000 (unless agreed otherwise) is required to reserve a date.
- A second deposit of $1000 is due no later than 2 months after the initial deposit.
- A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required for a social function.
- All deposits are none refundable.
- All deposits are applied towards the final invoice.
- All dates are left open until deposits are received. No dates will be tentatively held.
- Final payment is due 5 days before in the form of bank check, money order, or cash.
