With more than 11 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, and relationship management, Stefanie Smith has built her career around one thing: people. For the past two years, she has brought that experience—and her passion for creating unforgettable experiences—to A Villa Louisa.
As Sales & Events Manager, Stefanie works closely with couples and clients from their very first conversation through the details that bring their celebration to life. Her ability to listen, understand a client’s vision, and make them feel immediately comfortable has become a signature part of her approach.
With a natural eye for detail and a talent for managing even the most fast-paced events, Stefanie thrives on turning ideas into beautifully executed celebrations. She is known for staying calm under pressure, finding solutions when the unexpected happens, and making sure her clients feel supported every step of the way.
Her extensive recruiting background has made relationship-building second nature. Stefanie knows that no two clients—and no two celebrations—are the same. She takes the time to understand what matters most to each couple and brings a personal, hands-on approach to every event she touches.

Our History
In summer and winter, the Villa Louisa prospered as a retreat from City life where visitors could go hiking and hunting and relax on Birch Mountain.
