Our spacious Grand Ballroom, with high ceilings, chandeliers, and fireplaces, is ready to entertain your guests.  The Grand Ballroom will seat up to 300 with a large dance floor, up to 350 without the dance floor or up to 400 cocktail style. The Grand Ballroom has the ability to be divided into smaller rooms, to create a more intimate feel. A welcoming foyer, adjacent to the Grand Ballroom, is complete with a waterfall fountain and a wall of windows overlooking beautiful Birch Mountain.

Also for smaller, more intimate events, our Sunset Room has been renovated to suit all occasions and can accommodate from 30 to 70 guests for sit down style with a dance floor or up to 90 guest for cocktail style events. With large windows, a wraparound bar, and a flagstone porch, it overlooks breathtaking sunsets atop scenic Birch Mountain.
